Advisory Board: Mike Hilcove Joins TwinShore Advisors

We are pleased to announce Mike Hilcove as a newest member of the TwinShore Advisory Board.

Mike brings over 17 years of corporate development, private equity, and investment banking experience with a strong track record of leading mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships across multiple industries including building products and services.

Mike is currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of M&A at Stronghouse Solutions, a portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners and a leading consolidator in the U.S. residential roofing and exterior services market. At Stronghouse, Mike oversees the strategic sourcing, evaluation, and execution of acquisitions that support the company’s rapid expansion and strong market positioning.

Prior to his current role, Mike was the Vice President of Business Development (M&A) at American Vision Partners, a leading private equity-backed eye care platform and portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, where he played a key role in advancing the company’s acquisitive growth strategy.

Earlier in his career, Mike spent ~12 years in investment banking, focusing primarily on sell-side, lower middle market transactions across several industry verticals. His foundation in transaction execution and advisory has been instrumental to his success in both private equity and corporate development roles.

Mike’s depth of experience across the deal lifecycle—from investment banking to private equity and corporate development—brings invaluable perspective to TwinShore Advisors’ mission of guiding clients through growth, succession, and value creation.
