Chobun has over 18 years of financial advisory and investment banking experience, with the bulk of that in building products.

After attending The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania for his MBA, Chobun joined Lehman Brothers (n/k/a Barclays Investment Bank) in their Global Industrials Group in New York City.

After Barclays, Chobun joined RBC Capital Markets in their Global Industrials Group executing M&A, leveraged buyout, and financing transactions for building products companies.

Following RBC, Chobun was Managing Director and Head of Building Products at B. Riley Securities in Los Angeles.

Most recently, prior to co-founding TwinShore Advisors, Chobun worked with Anchor Peabody, a boutique, building products focused investment bank dedicated to working with independent business owners in the middle market. 

Wade has ~12 years of investment banking and advisory experience, primarily working with middle market companies.

After attending The University of Denver, Wade joined St. Charles Capital (n/k/a KPMG), a middle market focused investment bank in Denver, providing M&A / strategic advisory services.

Following St. Charles Capital / KPMG, Wade joined Goldman Sachs & Co. in the Investment Banking Division facilitating M&A and financing transactions across industries.

After his time at Goldman Sachs, Wade transitioned back into the middle market and worked with Dinan Capital Advisors, a boutique M&A and advisory firm located in Phoenix, AZ.

Most recently, prior to co-founding TwinShore Advisors, Wade worked with Anchor Peabody, a boutique, building products focused investment bank dedicated to working with independent business owners in the middle market.
