Advisory Board: Bruce Zwicker Joins TwinShore Advisors

Bruce brings over two decades of executive leadership, advisory, and board experience across the building products, flooring, coatings, and distribution industries. He is the founder and CEO of Zwicker Advisory, where he advises owners, CEOs, boards, and investors on strategy, business development, executive teams, organizational structure, board development, and buy- and sell-side transactions. His clients range from start-ups to multinational companies across North America, Europe, Brazil, and China, with a particular focus on the flooring and building products sectors.

Previously, Bruce served as CEO of J.J. Haines, the largest full-line flooring distributor in the U.S. at the time, where he led the company through strategic growth and operational transformation. He also served as Vice Chair of International Designs Group, which was successfully sold to The Home Depot, and as Board Director and Interim CEO of Virginia Tile, later acquired by Transom Capital Group. Over the past five years, he has acted as interim CEO for three flooring companies and advised numerous others.

Bruce earned his MBA in Marketing and Organizational Development and has been recognized as EY Entrepreneur of the Year and Floor Covering Industry Leader of the Year. He is a frequent keynote speaker at global industry conferences and has led executive delegations to China.

Bruce’s extensive industry expertise, strategic insight, and global perspective will further strengthen TwinShore Advisors’ ability to guide clients on growth, succession, and value creation.
